Download Software
We use the "Pay before download" method for the download of orders. You can download the software product from our servers to your computer immediately after successful completion of the payment process. The approved payment is immediately charged to your credit card account.

Product returns
Software products can only be returned if the seal of the software is not broken and within 2 weeks from the purchase date. For downloaded products, the product seal is broken with the successful completion of the download process. For the return of downloaded products, a written customer confirmation is required stating that the software has been removed from the customers computer and is no longer in the possession of the customer.

Notice concerning refunding:
The refunding of a credit card payment may take up to 4 weeks depending on the credit card company. Therefore the credit charge and the credit refund may not appear on the same monthly statement.
